The Cause of Obesity

  1. The main reason sugar and by extension glucose-fructose syrup is so bad is because it is a 'negative' food. In other words, it takes far more away from the body than it gives.

    It is calories without nutrition.

    The body needs nutritional elements to sustain and repair itself. If it doesn't get enough of any given elements, things start to fail.

    Most processed carbs and other foods out there are also negative foods - in many cases they don't even provide enough elements for the body to digest them, let alone enough to make up any shortfall....

    If we are consuming more negative food than postitive food, sooner or later we are going to fall into nutritional deficit - and everything will start to fall apart.

    Our bodies are fantastic healing machines - but they need the right tools - and ENOUGH of the right tools to do it with.
